Alex has 20 years of experience in conservation construction and decorating. With extensive knowledge of traditional building methods and conservation works, he has the expertise to manage projects effectively, setting realistic budgets and achievable timescales. Alex holds a RICS Diploma in Construction Project Management and is currently studying for an MSc in Building Surveying, further developing his knowledge and expertise in the built environment.
He is a passionate supporter of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) and Red Squirrels Northern England.
Henry Lethbridge

Henry has 20 years of experience in conservation construction and decorating. He has an extensive knowledge of traditional building methods and historic building conservation. Henry spent three years at Cirencester Agricultural College, gaining valuable experience that complements his practical knowledge and understanding of the built environment. Experienced in managing projects, Henry works closely with architects, surveyors, planners, tradespeople and clients to ensure every aspect of a project is carefully coordinated. He holds a RICS Diploma in Construction Project Management.
Passionate about the English countryside, Henry now lives in Wiltshire, where he manages Cranborne Construction.
Harrison Olds

Harrison joined Lethbridge London in March 2025 and has since become an integral part of the team, managing many projects of all sizes. Originally from New Zealand, he holds an RICS Diploma in Construction Project Management and is known for his highly organised approach, meticulous attention to detail, and friendly, approachable manner.
Harrison has completed a range of relevant training courses, keeping his knowledge up to date in health and safety, first aid and general site operations. His commitment to professional development helps ensure projects are managed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Outside of work, Harrison is a passionate runner and marathon enthusiast, with an impressive marathon time of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Tom Fenwick

Originally from New Zealand, Tom joined Lethbridge London in September 2025 and has quickly become key to the teams success. He has a background in operations and project management, overseeing construction and renovation projects from planning through to completion. With a strong focus on clear communication and attention to detail, he works closely with clients, designers and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Tom holds an RICS Diploma in Construction Project Management.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys travelling, surfing and playing golf.
Anthony Bowles

Anthony Bowles is an ARB and RIBA certified Chartered Architect. He has been successfully running his own practice for more than a decade, with a significant portion of his projects involving buildings of historic value. His professional motivation is to work closely with all parties to deliver considered and thoughtful design solutions where overall ambitions, heritage value and client-focused details are all equally vital.

Zaria is the Office Manager at Lethbridge London, bringing over 15 years of experience as a personal assistant and office manager. She is a qualified bookkeeper. Efficient, approachable and meticulous in her work, she oversees the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring administration is handled and records kept accurate and up to date. Before joining Lethbridge London, Zaria worked in publishing, combining her professional experience with her love of books and travel.
